In the article Born with the Chip, Stephen Abram and Judy Luther discuss virtual reference and how it allows librarians to use the reference interview and interact with users as together they view information online. Many people feel comfortable using google, yet they don't always find the information they want. It seems to me that this value-added service would be a way for users to greater appreciate what their library has to offer without it being intimidating.
